Find out what
happens when Little Red Riding Hood talks to a wicked wolf on her way to
Grandmas cottage.
Through the Gate
Through the Gate tells
the story of a child who has just moved house and is struggling to cope with
all the changes in her life. She relates to the dilapidated house she has moved
to, as she sits sad and forlorn upon its broken front step. But, as the story
unfolds, the house is gradually repaired paralleling how the child's perception
of her new situation improves. Each time the child passes ‘through the gate',
into the world beyond, she notices more of her surroundings and discovers that
her new life has some wonderful things in it.

encountering both friend and foe and facing unknown dangers, Quentaris must
somehow forge a new identity and find its way home.

Moo & Moo and little Calf too
Be udderly mooooved by
this charming story of Kaikoura's quake cows.
During the massive 7.8M earthquake that hit New
Zealand in November 2016 two cows and a calf were stranded on a two-metre high
'island' when their paddock slid and buckled 80 metres from its original
position.
Sensibly they stayed put and were rescued by
farmers a day or so later.
It's an iconic story of bravery in the face of
great adversity, and of helping others and protecting those around us.
Ruben
On the outskirts of a big formidable, futuristic city,
Ruben lives amidst the ruins of abandoned buildings. A street child, he
ventures into the city to scavenge, always keeping to the shadows, wary of the
huge machines and their operators. He would love to board one of the outgoing
trains, away from the grim industrialised area. One day he meets Koji, another
homeless child who shows her secret places to him; they understand each other.
The 91 Storey Treehouse
Join Andy and Terry in their now 91-storey spectacular
treehouse. They've added thirteen new levels, including the world's most
powerful whirlpool, a mashed-potato-and-gravy train and a human pinball
machine. Why not try your luck on the spin-and-win prize wheel or hang out in a
giant spider web (with a giant spider), or you can always get your fortune told
by Madam Know-it-all or eat a submarine sandwich the size of an actual submarine while deciding whether
or not to push the big red button . . .
