EVEREST TO VETTORI
A written and pictorial history of Northern Districts Cricket first 50 years. Penned by sports historian Winston Hooper, the history covers ND Cricket’s inaugural first-class match as a Major Cricket Association when Jim Everest opened against Auckland, through to the current era and it’s pre-eminent player Daniel Vettori.
The book is full of factual and anecdotal stories and profiles of some of the great players from its history and its early fight to gain acceptance as a major association.
